Final Sale Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: All items purchased from Madeline's Boutique are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

In-Store Inspections

  • Quality Assurance: We carefully inspect all items in-store at the time of purchase and before they leave (includes online purchases) the store to ensure they are free from defects and damage. Customers are encouraged to review their items during this inspection.

Online Purchases & Understanding Your Sizing

  • Please ensure you know your measurements prior to purchase. Refer to the size charts available on our website to select and purchase the correct size according to the designer’s size chart.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: In the unlikely event that you discover a defect or damage after your purchase, please contact us immediately.
  • Time Frame: Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. We will not accept claims for damages that occur over the weekend, as our boutique specializes in event wear, and we must ensure items are not worn and returned.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues promptly.
